What are Participant Resources?
The resources on this page can include general program updates, helpful program information, and/or updated program documents for the H.A.N.D.S.SM program.
NOTE: Be sure to check the resources on our Diabetes in Children section too.

Who can access the Participant Resources
These resources are for persons who have participated in a H.A.N.D.S.SM program.

How are the Resources accessed?
The resources are formatted as printable documents linked on this page.  Each document is password protected.  Password guidelines are on the informational sheet titled, "Accessing Participant Resources Online" that was included in the handouts participants received at the live program they attended.  If you are unable to locate the informational sheet, please contact the person who coordinated the H.A.N.D.S.SM program you attended.

The CDC reported that the number of people with diabetes has increased to 24 million.
Estimates of Diagnosed Diabetes Now Available for all U.S. Counties

NDEP Announces the Arrival of New Tip Sheets for Teens with Diabetes Series

NDEP is introducing a new series of teen tip sheets designed for youth ages 11 to 17 to help them manage their disease and reduce their risk for complications.  This series provides useful information about diabetes and encourages teens to take action to manage their disease for a long and healthy life.  For more information on the tip sheets, click here.
