This award (formerly known as the Elmer Hawkins Award) is given to the NASN State Affiliate having the greatest percentage of new members (new members divided by potential new members). Recipient receives a plaque.
There is no official application. All affiliates membership records will be reviewed to make the award determination. The winner will be notified by the NASN President in April.
