NBCSN wants to update you on the score report emails November Exam participants erroneously received. You should all have received or will be receiving and email from Prometric (the testing company) explaining what happened. 

If you are not familiar with how exam scoring takes place, please read the FAQ on our website at http://www.nbcsn.org/faq#exam.

Apparently, after the PIN call following the November exam the Prometric computer mistakenly (if a computer can make a mistake) sent out a duplicate of the acknowledgement that you took the exam.  They have assured us that they are investigating that so it does not happen again.

NBCSN again apologizes for any confusion, but wanted you to know that we have been working on finding out what happened and working to make sure it does not happen again.

As I said in an earlier email (which probably crossed with yours) those emails came from the testing company (perhaps a test email that should not have gone out). NBCSN is looking into it, but it may take some time before we figure it out. Please know we are very sorry for exam candidates having this additional stress particularly during this time of year.
