Great news! NBCSN now has a 2nd Practice Test available. Test 1 is the version that has been available. Test 2 is new. Tests are available singly for $75 per test, or bundled at $120 for both. If you are taking the exam in March, this is a great opportunity to experience an online exam that is similar in format and content to the real test, though shorter.

They may also assist candidates to monitor their progress as they prepare for the NCSN exam.  None of the questions will be found on the actual NCSN exam. Other features include:

    • 75 randomized questions covering all of the NCSN exam subject areas
    • Purchase of the practice exam entitles you to one exam attempt per purchase
    • Summary score displays the percentage of correct answers
    • Missed questions are shown at the end of the exam with the correct answer
    Information available at certification@nbcsn.org

I'm very happy to see a second practice exam.  I work in a rural area and don't see the really medically fragile students see in urban or even suburban districts.  One thing I didn't see addressed on the site to purchase the practice exams or the FAQ section is how long are the practice exams open to us once purchased?  Say I bundle the two exams, take one in a short time and find I need to review a certain area.  So now I'm taking extra time before trying the next practice exam.  How ;one would it be available?

    Thanks in advance,
