When you register for the exam you have to get an authorization code from the board- that takes about a week. You cannot set up your test date until you have the code. Once you have that code, you go to the testing center website. You find the most convenient center for your vicinity and then you get to a screen where a window opens for the center you chose and you click on dates- I had two options most dates, either morning or afternoon. They do say sites fill up so if you have date conflicts I would start the process and check sooner rather than later.

Congratulations to all the newly certified school nurses! I will be joining the online study group and hope to retest during the summer window. I will be out of town for part of the testing window. Is there a way to see what test dates are available in my area prior to signing up for the test?
