    I decided to take the plunge. Tested today...from Candidate to NCSN!

    I hadn't really thought about it as my district doesn't recognize it... But, then decided as a personal and professional 'bucket list' item. 💗

    This is fabulous news! You make us all proud. I agree that, sadly, for many of us, there is no employer recognition, but nothing can replace the self-satisfaction of knowing that we have the skills, knowledge, and abilities to be nationally certified. Congratulations!
