  • 1.  General Emergency EpiPen Access Boxes

    I recently took a position as the nurse for a preschool. I verified this week that there is no EpiPen box to house emergency use EpiPens when I was informed there should be. After some research, it appears that EpiPens4Schools is shut down and I can't find any other resources to obtain a box. We have extra EpiPens for emergencies, but currently they are in a well marked cabinet in my office when administration wants one in the general work room. Does anyone have a resource for a wall-mounted box that doesn't cost a ton? The one my supervisor found is over $200.

    I'm in Greenville. Legacy Early College preschool. I visited that link you posted yesterday, actually, and if you click on the epipens4schools link to apply it says the site is under maintenance. I contacted someone via the email address listed there and they responded saying they haven't given out Epilockers since 2018. I've seen a few other options for storage, but I'm not sure if any of them are ok to use since I'm not familiar yet with the rule and regulations in SC for things like that...or if there even ARE rules and regulations! I thank you for any effort you put into this problem. :)
