I agree! It is nice to have the rationals. I have an older book I was using. It does not provide the rationale. I have not used the review guide on Kindle, however before finding this study group, I found one on FB. The App Nursing Pearls was recommended. 900 practice questions for roughly $10. I am undecided on whether I like it or not. Some of the questions are more clinic based compared to school based. ...
