Hello, I'm having trouble buying the review book. It won't let me because I haven't registered for the exam yet. Do I have to do that first? What if I can't take it that day? Do I lose money? Also, I apologize for my ignorance, but when are the dates for testing, and where are they in Massachusetts? ...
