Good Afternoon,
I am wondering what criteria do I need to encourage, convince public school administration to hire adequate school nursing staff even if it's health aids? Muskogee Public Schools has 4 RNs and 1 LPN to cover approximately 6000 students. MPS relies on secretaries, Principals, teachers etc. to cover student medical needs when the nurse is at another site. I feel like the health offices are in utter chaos.
