The NASN Board of Directors is composed of four elected officers and 51 members or directors representing each one of NASN's affiliates or chapters where NASN has affiliates in 49 states, the District of Columbia and the Overseas School Health Nurses Association. In addition to this governing body, NASN has an Executive Board composed of our four elected officers, two directors elected by and from the board, and two directors appointed by the president. The Board of Directors meets in January each year and holds an Annual Meeting each summer. Between board meetings, the Executive Committee meets on a monthly.

President
Linda Davis-Alldritt, MA, BSN, RN, FNASN, FASHA, of Sacramento, California, is the current President of the NASN. Linda serves on the Executive Committee and as the NASN's liaison to several organizations, committees, workgroups, and task forces important to school health. She works closely with the President-Elect, Vice President, the Executive Director and the NASN Board to implement NASN's mission, vision, and strategic plan.
Linda was educated in California. She has a Master's Degree in Sociology from California State University Long Beach, a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from California State University Sacramento, and a Baccalaureate Degree in Sociology from the University of California Davis. She holds credentials from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing in school nursing, administrative services, and community college teaching. She has been a nurse for 33 years, including 10 years as a school nurse administrator, and 14 years as the State School Nurse Consultant for the California Department of Education. Linda is a past president of the California School Nurses Organization (CSNO) and a past president of the National Association of State School Nurse Consultants (NASSNC). She has received several awards, including CSNO School Nurse of the Year, NASSNC Outstanding State School Nurse Consultant, and California Public Health Association Public Health Leadership Award. Linda is a fellow of NASN and the American School Health Association (ASHA). She is a published author having contributed the chapter on school health funding for both editions of the NASN textbook: "School Nursing: A Comprehensive Text."

President-Elect
Carolyn Duff, RN, MS, NCSN is a Nationally Certified School Nurse and is currently a school nurse in Richland County School District One, Columbia, South Carolina. Carolyn earned a diploma in nursing from Lankenau Hospital School of Nursing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Science from West Chester University in West Chester, Pennsylvania, and a Master of Science from the Arnold School of Public Health at University of South Carolina.
She has received several academic awards, as well as numerous service awards in her community, state, and school district. She served as president of South Carolina Association of School Nurses (SCASN) and has held several other leadership positions in including Co-chair of SCASN Continuing Education Committee, Coordinator of the SCASN Annual Conference for eleven years, and the South Carolina representative to the NASN Board of Directors (2004-2008) and NASN Board-elected Executive Committee member (2006-2008). Since 2008, she has served on the NASN Investment Advisory Committee.
As NASN President-elect, Carolyn serves as NASN liaison to several organizations, including American Academy of Pediatrics—Council on School Health. She is a leader in committees, workgroups, and task forces important to school health. She works closely with the current President, Vice President, Executive Director and the NASN Board to implement the NASN mission, vision, and strategic plan.

Secretary/Treasurer
Carmen Teskey, MA, BSN, RN, of Eagan, MN is the current Secretary/Treasurer of NASN. Carmen serves on the Executive Committee and chairs the Finance and Investment committees and monitors the income and expenses of NASN in relation to the approved budget. In her role as Secretary, she records and maintains the minutes of proceedings
of all meetings/conference calls of the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and
Annual Meeting.
Carmen received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from St. Olaf College and her Master of Arts degree in Education from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. Carmen has been a nurse for 31 years with 27 of them spent in the specialty area of public health/school nursing in Wisconsin and Minnesota. She has been a school health services administrator for 24 years, serving 3 school districts. Carmen has been active in the School Nurse Organization of Minnesota, where she has held offices as the MN Board of Director to NASN, Vice President, and Treasurer and continues to chair the Technology committee and manage their Listserv and Website. Carmen has presented at a variety of conferences and co-authored 2 articles for the NASN School Nurse and has also been a co-author/contributor for several NASN Position Statements. Carmen was selected as the 2002/2003 Minnesota School Nurse Administrator of the Year.

Vice President
Tia Campbell, RN, MSN, NCSN, of Mechanicsville, VA, is the current Vice President of NASN. She serves as the associations' liaison to several organizations and special interest groups; monitors NASN discussion lists; facilitates the selection of several NASN awards; and serves on the Executive Committee. She works closely with the current President, President-elect, Executive Director and the NASN Board to ensure the strategic plan of the organization is moving forward.
Tia received her Diploma in Nursing from Richmond Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in 1983, her Baccalaureate in Nursing from the Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University in 1985, and her Masters in Nursing Education from Walden University in 2008. She has held numerous leadership positions in the Virginia Association of School Nurses organization and NASN. In 2010, Tia was nominated by the school nurse coordinators in Virginia for the Outstanding State School Nurse Consultant Award and was nominated by the Virginia Department of Education for the Governor's Career Achievement Award in 2008.

Executive Director
Donna J. Mazyck, RN, MS, NCSN spent most of her nursing career in community-based settings. For nearly 20 years, her career focus has been school health. Donna began her school health career as a high school nurse. Most recently, she worked as a state school nurse consultant at the Maryland State Department of Education. Donna served as President of the National Association of School Nurses from 2007-2009. Her formal education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science degree in Counseling from Loyola University in Maryland. She is nationally certified in school nursing and counseling. Donna is also a licensed clinical professional counselor. She enjoys advancing leadership of school nurses who in turn facilitate student well-being and success.
