What Your 4-Day Registration Includes:
Admittance to all General Sessions and Breakout Sessions, Poster Presentations, the NASN Annual Business Meeting, and the Exhibit Hall. In addition, it includes an Exhibit Hall luncheon on June 24th and Exhibit Hall refreshments on June 25th. When you arrive, you will receive registration materials, including the Final Conference Program, Name Badge, and any Event Tickets you purchased.

Meals Provided:
To help you get through all the events of conference, food will be provided to boost your energy.  Enjoy the Exhibit Hall luncheon on June 24, 2012, and the Exhibit Hall refreshments that will start your day on June 25, 2012.  Select events and sessions/meetings will also have food provided.

Conference Syllabus: 
Abstracts for each session and handouts provided by speakers are available to participants in TWO formats:
- Attendees can download and print materials by session using their own paper and printer.  Available on or about June 10, 2012.
- Attendees can purchase a plastic coil bound syllabus WITH their registration and collect it on-site.
NOTE: NASN makes every effort to collect speaker handouts and will share all that are received.  Remember, PRINTERS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON-SITE! 

Conference Community Site
The Conference Community Site is THE place to find session handouts shared by speakers, connect with attendees, and get conference updates before and after the meeting.  This Conference Community Site is specifically designed to be an interactive online community for attendees and speakers of the NASN Annual Conference. 
When will you have access to all features on the site?  Speakers will be invited to engage in the community site beginning in February.  Attendees will be invited to engage in the community site beginning in April.
New This Year for Mobile Devices!  Community site content can be delivered to your mobile device without downloading a device-specific application.  Access site content, including the conference schedule, on your smart phone or tablet.

Continuing Education:
You will receive Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) contact hours for the conference sessions.  In order to conform to recently revised American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation (ANCC) guidelines, NASN uses the commission's guidelines of 60 minutes = 1 contact hour.  You may earn up to 18.5 contact hours for full participation in the four-day Conference. Additional contact hours can be earned for attendance at the pre-conference.
 
Evaluations and CNE Certificates of Completion:
Attendees will complete conference session evaluations and an overall conference evaluation online. 
Upon completion of the evaluation process, attendees will be awarded a Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) certificate of completion.  

Session Seating:
Seating is available on a first-come/first-serve basis, allowing all attendees an equal opportunity to attend the session(s) of their choice, and is limited to the capacity of the meeting room.  Please note:  Meeting room capacity varies for each session.  Please arrive early to assure a seat.
 
Attendee List:
If you do not want your name and contact information made available to vendors, you must notify NASN by email before June 1, 2012 at nasn@nasn.org

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be provided, less a $75.00 assessment fee, if the NASN office receives notification of cancellation via fax, email, phone, or regular mail by June 11, 2012.  Phone cancellations must be confirmed in writing (certified mail recommended).  Refunds will be processed following the conference.  In addition, all ticketed events are non-refundable.

Guests:
A "Guest" ticket includes Exhibits and admittance into General Sessions.  Continuing Nursing Education contact hours are not available for guests.

Student and Retired Rates:
Student registration rate is available to NASN members classified as "Student".  Retired registration rate is available to NASN members classified as "Retired".

Substitutions
NASN reserves the right to substitute topics/speakers if necessary.  All listed presenters are confirmed at press time.

Transfer of Registration Policy:
NASN conference registrations are non-transferable, unless there is no change to the billing information and arrangements are made with the NASN office.
