  • 2025 School Nurse Administrator of the Year

Congratulations to the 2025 School Nurse Administrator of the Year!  Your dedication to School Nursing is admired.

    Nomination Submitted:

Amy Fisher - She juggles so many jobs (nurse, educator, leader, administrator) and has done so for many, many years.  She does all things with grace and is the epitome of a wonderful nurse.  As a leader, she knows how to lead by example, navigate the difficult situations in positive ways, get the best out of her staff... AND she does this all while running a clinic full-time at one of our elementary schools.  She is the best of the best! She is retiring at the end of this school year, so she would be a perfect candidate for the School Nurse Administrator of the Year award!

  • School Nurse of the Year 2025

Congratulation to Sarah Briley! Winner of the 2025 School Nurse of the Year!

    The nomination submitted:

It is my honor to recommend Sarah Briley for School Nurse of the Year. Sarah is an outstanding nurse who embodies compassion, dedication, and teamwork in everything she does.

Although she stays very busy managing the many responsibilities at her own school, Sarah is always willing to lend a hand to her fellow cluster nurses whenever they need support. Her willingness to go above and beyond for others reflects her genuine care for both her colleagues and the students she serves.

This year, despite personal challenges, Sarah continues to show up each day with a warm smile and a positive attitude that brightens the days of those around her. She has an incredible ability to bring comfort, calm, and encouragement to staff, students, and fellow nurses alike.

Sarah is also a natural mentor. She takes time to guide and support newer nurses, sharing her knowledge, experience, and kind spirit to help them grow in confidence and skill. Her professionalism, empathy, and dedication make her a true role model in our nursing community.

For her unwavering kindness, strength, and commitment to excellence in school nursing, Sarah Briley is deeply deserving of the honor of School Nurse of the Year.
