NASN Discussion List Rules: Failure to comply with the following List Rules may result in removal from the List(s).
- Always sign your messages. Utilize signature feature of software.
- Please use the subject line, and address one subject per message.
- Do not use the discussion list for: personal messages; advertising or other commercial endeavors; campaign or political statements; or religious messages.
- Do not post a survey for research or other purposes without pre-approval by NASN.
- Do not forward posts (or messages) to the list that have been sent to you individually.
- Sending attachments may result in non-delivery to some List participants. Mail pieces with attachments from a Discussion List may be viewed by some email servers as suspicious and result in the server refusing to deliver the piece. Use care when sending attachments and send to individuals when possible.
- Avoid use of colorful or complicated graphics/backgrounds.
- The "Reply" button sends messages automatically to all subscribers. Please re-address posts meant for one person.
- Temporarily suspend list subscription if using auto replies such as "out-of office."
- Honor copyrights.
- Maintain the confidentiality related to client/student health issues.
- Address questions and/or concerns to your list Monitor.
