NASN provides limited complimentary food; please plan accordingly.

When can I pick up conference materials?
The NASN Registration and Service Desk is open on June 28, 2026, at 7:00 AM Pacific and again at 7:00 AM the following four days. Signage will direct you to the desk where you can pick up your conference materials and name badge.
NOTE: Name badges must be worn for all sessions and events admittance. A name badge is proof of registration. Without it, individuals may not be allowed to participate in conference activities.
How do I access session materials?
Session materials shared by speakers will be available via the mobile app and, after conference, via the conference website.
NOTE: Materials include abstracts for each session and any materials provided by speakers. NASN makes every effort to collect speaker slides and handouts.
Do I need reserved seating for educational sessions?
Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
How will I receive conference updates?
Email: NASN will primarily use email to provide information and updates. Please be sure your email is current. If you register and do not receive a confirmation email, be sure to reach out to NASN's customer service team to be sure your email is current.
Event App: The event app will be used by NASN to send important notifications throughout the conference.
NASN encourages attendees to bring a mobile device and download the conference event app. A mobile device can also be used to ask speaker questions during sessions. Be sure to keep the ringer turned off as a courtesy to others.
