Judith Harrigan was a co-founder of the New York State Association of School Nurses (NYSASN) and a former School Health Services Consultant of NYSED. This award was first given in Judith’s name in 2000 to honor her contribution and leadership to school nursing. It is given to a member of the NYSASN Board of Directors.
