IMPORTANT: There are several deadlines associated with presentations at the National Association of School Nurses (NASN) conference. If at any point, a presentation submitter, author, or presenter does not adhere to NASN’s strict deadlines and time frames, they jeopardize their participation in the NASN annual conference. Despite having an accepted presentation, NASN reserves the right to remove and/or cancel a presentation at any time if a submitter, author, or presenter is not compliant with NASN’s deadlines and/or guidelines. NASN will not be financially responsible for any incurred financial losses and/or reimbursements for presentations that are removed and/or canceled due to a failure to comply with and/or meet required deadlines.

May 15th
Speakers will upload their session slides and handouts per instruction from NASN. Details will be emailed to the presentation's point of contact or lead presenter. If the email has not been received by April 17th, please contact NASN.
June 29th
Regular registration deadline.
June 29th - July 3rd
The registration and service desk will be open for all speakers and attendees at 7:00 a.m each day. Pick up your conference materials and badge.
