NASN recognizes the critical role that schools, school nurses, and community organizations play in driving health equity among children. The second round of Champions for School Health implementation grants are designed to increase vaccine access, confidence, and uptake for the pediatric COVID-19 vaccine and school-required vaccines among under-resourced populations.
For the second funding cycle, grants ranging from $10,000- $30,000 will be given. All applications must be in California, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Maryland, Oregon, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The deadline for submission of grant applications is 5 p.m. EDT on September 30, 2022.
