Join with a Purchase Order

Please send purchase orders WITH membership applications by email to the membership team when possible: membership@nasn.org --- Please include a preferred email on all purchase orders in case the membership team needs to reach you.

You may also send purchase orders with membership applications by print mail or fax: NASN, 1100 Wayne Avenue, Suite 925, Silver Spring, MD 20910 - FAX: 301-585-1791.

Need an invoice or quote? Print a membership application and have your billing team generate a purchase order. Upon receipt of a purchase order and membership application, NASN will generate an invoice. 

NOTE: Membership remains as pending until the invoice has been paid.

Applications for school nurses practicing in the U.S.

In most cases, the dues payment is for membership with NASN and the NASN Affiliate organization representing the location of your practice.

*Dues payments in states having an * are for membership with NASN only.   

Applications for school nurses practicing outside of the U.S.

DoDDs (DoDEA) and International Schools: Use the Overseas (OSHNA)/NASN application: This application is for school nurses employed by DoDDS (DoDEA) or international schools. Click here for a definition. The membership is with NASN and the Overseas School Health Nurses Association (OSHNA).

U.S. Territories: Use the membership application to join NASN only: This application is for school nurses not employed by DoDDs or in international schools. School nurses employed by DoDDs or in international schools will use the OSHNA application in the list above. U.S. Territories include Guam, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

International: Not DoDDs (DoDEA) or International School: Use the international membership application: This application is for school nurses not employed by DoDDS or an international school.
