ACES nursing department is seeking a fulltime nurse for a K-8 magnet school setting in Hamden, CT beginning August, 2018. Opportunity to work with a dynamic interdisciplinary team, in an innovative school setting.
Essential Qualifications:
- Current CT RN License, BSN
- Relevant clinical experience
- Knowledge and skill assessing and managing pediatric health issues
- Care coordination skills
- Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team, communicate with families, access community resources, and work with community providers
- Organized and flexible
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Comfortable learning new clinical and computer skills
- Positive, inclusive attitude
