  • 1.  I passed!

    Hi all,

I have enjoyed this forum during my study process! So glad to report I passed today on the first try with a score of 660.

A bit of background,  I have been a school nurse since Jan 2022. I studied for about 2 months.  I got the study book and the review course with Dr. Selekman. I also purchased 4 practice exams from Exam EDGE and 2 from the NCSN website.  (If you get nothing else,  I highly suggest the review course and the study book.)

The system was down at the testing site,  so it was a bit unsettling,  but I focused and breathed as Pat Krin had been encouraging us to do.  Then a fellow exam taker next to me mentioned he needed two forms of ID, and I got very nervous for a minute,  because I only brought one. I thought I might have missed the instructions! But one ID was fine.

Thanks to everyone for their support on this board.  If you haven't passed,  don't be discouraged.  We are all life-long learners!
