National Certification Exam Candidates

I accidently registered myself by my nickname (Jackie) instead of my legal name (Jacqueline) and now I'm worried the testing center will have a problem with it but can't figure out how to change it. Anyone know how to do this? Thank you!

This is cut from the sign up email I got when I first registered....call the number below and they will help you

1. Log in to your NBCSN account and confirm your name is as it is listed on your valid government-issued photo ID (Driver's License, State ID, Passport, etc.) Exam security operates similarly to TSA - if your ID does not match the name they have on record, you will not be allowed to test, and you will forfeit your exam fee. 
   1. If your name does not match your ID, or you have used a nickname, DO NOT SCHEDULE. Please call the office at 833-276-0986 to update it.
2. Go to your exam application and click on the orange button that says "Exam Appointments" found at the bottom of the application.
3. Schedule your exam, or you can contact PSI Candidate Services Support:
