    Good morning!  For those of you who attended the webinar on September 15th, Getting the Most Out of Your Community, you may remember we looked at the Current Community Members Report and the column with the email addresses was missing.

    I have learned that we can include that column so have updated our platform's configuration to include it.  This is especially helpful if you are pulling the report in order to get email addresses for members who have unsubscribed.  You can use these addresses to send direct messages from your own email account; which makes it a more personal communication, which is always the best way to get a response.

    Just remember that you should not share the personal information you get on community reports.  It is to conduct community administration tasks only.

    Here's how to find this report:

    • For communities that do NOT have a micro website connected to it: 1. Go to you community home or landing page; 2. Find the Settings button next to your community's name; 3. Select Reports; and 4. Select Current Community Members report.
        
    • For communities that DO have a micro website connected to it: 1. Go to your micro website; 2. Find the Settings button in the top right corner of the screen, next to your profile picture; 3. Select Reports; and 4. Select Current Community Members report.
