I just did this...it's pretty easy
first log into NBCSN and go to your application page
at the bottom is an orange box that reads [exam appointments] - click that
then at the top of the new page you will see the word SCHEDULE with a drop down arrow - click that
you will see your current registration, at the bottom of that page you will see a green button titled RE-Book - click that
the rest is just like before,
