National Certification Exam Candidates

    I purchased the practice test from Exam Edge.....not sure where they are pulling questions from, but its hard. some of the questions I have no clue what they are even talking about. Has anyone else purchased from them? Not sure I recommend them, but good for practice testing, I guess.

    I purchased the exam from exam edge as well and agree with you. I did not see any similar with exam edge questions to the ones in the study guide or e-course. In my opinion I wouldn't recommend it as well.

    I too purchased it, it makes me feel totally deflated when I take the tests. I purchased all of them, have taken 3 of them and haven't passed any of them.. close but not "officially" passed them. And the only reason I purchased them is because some of my co-workers have purchased them and highly recommended them... but I'm not feeling the same way.

    Same here, I bombed the first two so the third I answered and had the results right away so I could read the rationale. Waste of money.

    I have started answering the questions and looking at explanation as well. I hate that it makes us feel deflated. Wish I could get money back!

    NBCSN offers 2 practice exams, each containing 75 questions. The questions have been written by subject matter experts in school nursing and are presented in a similar format as the exam (although they are NOT questions that are on the exam). You can purchase each practice exam individually or bundle the 2 for a bit of a savings. Although no exam prep product will guarantee that you will pass the exam, these practice exams may more closely resemble the types of questions you can expect to see.
