    3. Inserting Images into Emails: We discussed the options given when inserting an image into an email. Options include inserting the image in the image's original size or inserting the image in a smaller size (small, medium large, x-large).
    4. Moving a Photo Album from one page to another involves:
      1. Adding an album (community slideshow) widget to the destination page (must click Edit Page to add a content item to the page).
      2. Removing the album widget from the page it is currently on (must click Edit Page to remove a content item from a page).
      3. Editing the album on the destination page; choose 'add existing album' (must do this on the from side of the site using the green widget button).
    5. Embedding a YouTube Video on a web page involves:
      1. A video on YouTube.
      2. An HTML content item on your website.
      3. Insert this code but replace your YouTube link for the highlighted link: <div style="position: relative; height: 0; padding-bottom: 56.25%;"><iframe width="640" height="360" style="position: absolute; width: 100%; height: 100%; left: 0;" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/0I0OKRfuqn0" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media" allowfullscreen="allowfullscreen"></iframe></div>
    6. Making your community name and description more user friendly to your members when they see it on their My Communities web page (https://www.nasn.org/schoolnursenet/all-communities/my-communities) NOTE: These instructions are only for affiliates who host their website on NASN's website platform.
      1. Select the SETTINGS button in the top right corner of your site.
      2. Select Settings again.
      3. Add the word Website to the community name.
      4. Add this code in place of any text that is in your community's description. Please your Affiliate name for the name that is highlighted: <p>Click on the NAME above to visit the Texas School Nurses Organization website.</p><p>Click on the DISCUSSIONS button to go directly to the online community discussions.</p>
