I'd like to share that I took the test on Saturday and passed.  I prepared by reading the review book 2 1/2 times. (the 1/2 time is when I went back to review only areas I felt weak on), listened to the e course VERY regularly.  I would sometimes finish Dr. Selekman's sentences. LOL! I also reviewed the study cards book and comprehensive text 3rd edition.

I also thought it was a fair exam and doing the practice tests helped a lot.  As I mentioned on one of my posts, the Ankidroid app helped as well. At least for the things I felt I definitely needed to remember such as vision, vaccines and some skin conditions.

I want to thank Dr. Selekman and the wonderful NASN organization team for your support and guidance as well as all of you wonderful nurses.  I loved following your feedback and appreciate your encouragement. Rogelio and some of you testing more than once, YOU ARE AN INSPIRATION AND AN EXAMPLE OF PERSEVERANCE! Please, never give up. I wish you all the best and blessings always. I can also pay it forward and give my Study Cards reveiw book to anyone interested.

I LOVE this post as it is oozing with encouragement!!! I Take my test in 2 weeks and would LOVE to take the review book off of your hands! I have been studying for 2 months with the E-Course and the quizlet info along with the sample questions. Hoping the book will further help me!

    Congratulations SJ Valdez!

Thank you for sharing these encouragement and tips, I've recently joined and group & find all of this helpful to preparing.

I'd be happy to borrow the books as I prepare for next testing window if still available. I will gladly help with the shipping costs. Could we connect on this?
