National Certification Exam Candidates

I just finished the at home proctored test. I passed but the online test process was ridiculous. I am very skilled with computers and was not worried about taking the proctored exam at home despite the warnings from others in this group. Wow, I was in for a surprise! After answering all the questions and clicking to end the exam I sat and stared at a screen that read "Uploading results. Please wait…" I waited for 5 minutes and then asked the test proctor how long it typically takes. They responded "Check your exam instructions" which I could not do as those were in my email and I couldn't access anything other than the test browser. So I waited 15 minutes. At which time the test proctor suggested I speak with IT. An IT rep joined the exam and despite many attempts to explain my situation they kept saying "Don't worry. You will be able to start your exam shortly". Finally, they suggested I reload the page. I did this and the test was back. But it hadn't saved any answers past the 130th question. I had to re-answer the final 70 questions. I almost had a heart attack when I submitted the test a second time and it said "You have 12 questions remaining". But it was just a post exam survey. Needless to say, I am thrilled that I passed but I will NEVER take an online proctored exam from home again. Yikes.
