Bio

Jeanine Cannon, MSN-Ed, RN is a dedicated nursing leader and educator with over 13 years of experience specializing in school health. Currently serving as a Nurse Manager with the Office of School Health for Prince George’s County Public Schools, Jeanine provides clinical leadership and mentorship while championing evidence-based, high-quality care across school settings.

A University of Maryland Nursing Leadership Institute Fellow, Jeanine holds an Associate’s Degree from Montgomery Community College, followed by a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in Nursing (Education focus) from Chamberlain University. Her practice is guided by the core values of integrity, compassion, accountability, and a commitment to lifelong learning.

Jeanine is an active member of NASN, the Maryland Association of School Nurses (MASN), the ANA, and Sigma Theta Tau. She is a passionate advocate for professional growth, empowering school nurses to lead with purpose and clinical excellence.
