Mary Heiman, MS, RN, NCSN, has been a registered nurse for over 30 years practicing school nursing for the past twenty-one. Her school nursing career has included leadership experience in both urban and suburban school districts. She is currently the health services coordinator for the school workforce grant at the MN Educational Collaborative Service Unit. Ms. Heiman enjoys aspects of care coordination and working with students with special needs. She has held multiple leadership positions within the School Nurse Organization of Minnesota. Ms. Heiman earned her BS and MS from the University of Minnesota (UMN) and holds a Certificate in Disability Policy and Services from the Institute for Community Integration at the UMN. She is a board certified Pediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist.
