Tammy Jeffery is a passionate nurse leader and Assistant Director of Health Services with over 10 years of experience in school health. She leads a team of 80 registered nurses across a district of 65,000 students, specializing in disability awareness, team leadership, and creating inclusive environments. Tammy excels in strategic planning, cost-saving initiatives, and resource management. With expertise in curriculum development, professional mentoring, and diversity, equity, and inclusion, she is dedicated to improving student health outcomes and fostering collaboration among students, families, and school staff. Tammy holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Public Health and is a Nationally Certified School Nurse. Tammy also currently serves as President of the Colorado Association of School Nurses.
