Danatech

Diabetes technology website

For the past three years NASN members have been able to access danatech.org, a diabetes technology website, created by the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists. The goal of danatech.org is to ensure that healthcare providers, including school nurses, stay up-to-date on the latest diabetes devices technology and products.

In the past year, ADCES has redesigned danatech.org based on user feedback, including feedback from NASN members and have launched a new and improved site. Here are some of the changes you can expect to see:

  • An improved user experience so you can quickly find the content you need.
  • New content including expanded tech device information in one location.
  • No sign-in required so no more hassles with forgotten passwords or inability to share info with colleagues or patients.

The redesigned danatech.org site also includes:

ADCES is a jointly accredited organization that provides evidence-based learning opportunities to improve practice in diabetes care and education. CE/CME is available to the interpersonal care team including dietitians, nurses, PAs pharmacists, physicians and licensed social workers.

NASN and ADCES will continue to work together to support healthcare providers working with individuals with diabetes.
