Thank you Sharon for the help and suggestions. I used the original link and it went right to the portal. I left the comma out, had to trim some of my responses to the allotted number of words and it all worked smoothly.

Gail, I think what is happening is this. When you click on the link and it takes you to the home page, there may be an issue with you being logged in to the NASN website but timed out of being logged in on our Association Portal pages.
The link below is to an Association Portal page; it's an interface or form that connects to our database like other Association Portal pages or forms.
Try this. Click on the link. If it takes you to the home page, check to see if you are logged in. If so, logout. Click on the link again so you can start fresh with your login. See what happens.

This link took me to the NASN home page. I couldn't figure out how to find it within the NASN site. When I put it in a search articles came up.
Am I the only one having this problem? The original link send with the list of questions did work for me. I had a problem with the number insertion because I used a comma. It would not save and I lost the entire report.
Now that I have that information I will attempt again using the original link. For the most part, aside from the minor glitch of the number input, the process was easy and streamlined with fairly good instructions. I think sharing any and all difficulties will help to fine tune it going forward to get the few problems sorted out.
