National Certification Exam Candidates

  • 1.  no confirmation email

    I took my test on saturday and was told I would receive a confirmation email afterwards.  I have not received an email and I see that this was also a problem during the summer testing window.  Has anyone else had problems with this in the latest testing window?

    We are contacting Prometric. In the meantime if you go to https://scorereports.prometric.com/ enter your candidate ID # and last name, you should be able to see the confirmation email.

    I just heard from Prometric that they contacted the test centers and told them that confirmation emails will not go out. I am not sure why they are telling you that you will get one. So use https://scorereports.prometric.com/ with your candidate ID# and Last name to see the confirmation email.

    You will receive confirmation 6-8 weeks after the testing window closes. It's after the whole group is done testing. It's a very LONG wait.
