    Good morning!

I took my test Saturday and I passed.

I thought I would share a couple things. If you test at home, be sure your desk/ table is completely cleared off and make sure under the table is clear also. My check in took around 10 minutes which was a little unnerving. I had a vase on the table and some random items under the table which needed to be moved. Also I had my purse on a chair and needed to move that. So make sure your workspace is  completely clear and no one else is in the area.

Also the test was 200 questions. I wasn't sure going in how long it would be. I am a fast test taker and it took me 1.5 hours to finish. So make sure to a good amount of time for testing and the check in.

And the best part is you know immediately if you pass. There no waiting around to find out.

That is amazing and congrats!  So you can take the test from your computer at home?  That is super great instead of travelling to a test taking site like the NCLEX.

You can take your test remotely, but there are a lot of caveats.

If your internet is spotty or someone else needs it also for work, that may be troublesome.

There cannot be anyone else in the room.

You must clear your desk space both on top and underneath.

If you are not really technically savvy or get anxious when things are not going exactly right, remote proctoring may not be for you.

I would have much preferred testing at a center but there were none within 100 miles of my house.
